Eventov is an events company based in London, United Kingdom. Our services include DJs, performers, photo booths, photographers, games, desserts, decor, furniture, bars, dance floors, marquees, sound, lighting, full event production and event staff. 2. Information We Collect

When a customer makes an enquiry or booking, Eventov collects the customer's name, telephone number, email address and event details, including the event date, venue, event type and number of guests. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. Eventov does not store card details.

3. How We Use Information

Personal information is used to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, plan and deliver events, issue invoices and process payments. Eventov also keeps records required by law for tax and accounting purposes. This information is necessary in order to provide a quotation and deliver the services booked.

Eventov does not sell personal information. Marketing emails are only sent to customers who have agreed to receive them.

4. Photographs and Videos

Photographs and videos taken by our photo booths and photographers are shared with the customer and their guests. Eventov will only publish event photographs on its website or social media with the customer's permission. Anyone may request the removal of a published photograph in which they appear.

5. Sharing of Information

Personal information is only shared where necessary to deliver an event, including with Eventov staff, performers, suppliers and the venue. Eventov also uses trusted service providers for its website, email and payments. Some of these providers may store information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it in line with UK data protection law.

Personal information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this policy, and is then securely deleted.
